A BILL expiring public money out of the treasury from the state
fund, general revenue, from the balance of all general
revenues remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-six, and transferring it to the bureau of employment
programs, account no. fund 3440, fiscal year 1996,
organization 0322, supplementing chapter eight, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-five, known as the budget bill.
Whereas, The governor has increased his revenue estimates
and additional funds are available in the general revenue;
therefore,
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That account no. fund 3440, fiscal year 1996, organization
0322, chapter eight, acts of the Legislature, regular session,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, known as the budget bill,
be supplemented by adding the following sum expired from the
general revenue to such account to the designated line item:

The purpose of this bill is to supplement the aforesaid
account and item therein, with the amount being available for
expenditure upon the effective date of this bill and in the
fiscal year 1996-97. Any unexpended balance remaining at the
close of the fiscal year 1996-97, as to this item, is hereby
reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 1997-98.
